Damages and the like
Please note that Route provides insurance for all shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. In the case that you decide to remove the Route protection from your order, lost, broken and stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. Visit routeapp.io to learn more.
In the case that you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as your get the package - we will only be able to help customers that contact us promptly within 10 business days from the time the package is delivered.
Only one promotion code can be applied to each order. We will not be able to refund you if you forget to put in the discount code. Please make sure to insert yours before checking out.
Cancellations must be received before the order is shipped. There may be times when we shipped the item but your cancellation request came around the same time or there was a lag in the system. Please note that not all cancellations are guaranteed.
