Shipping

Currently offering shipping only in the U.S. We hope to be able to offer international shipping ASAP! Thank you for your support. 

Free shipping on orders $75 and more. Grab more candles! We promise it'll be worth it. 

Please allow 2 (business) days processing and 3-5 days handling for shipping. Once the customer's package has been sent to the post office, they will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take 1-2 days for the courier to update the shipping status. Hence, it is safe to leave about 7-9 business days for the package to arrive.

It is not our responsibility if the correct shipping address was not provided. In the case that the customer needs to update shipping, please shoot us a message via our contact page. We will gladly update the shipping address if the package has not shipped yet. If the package ends up at the wrong location due to an incorrect shipping address, we are also not responsible. Any shipping charges made to reship packages (due to return to sender) will be up to the customer to pay the difference. 

Route is in place for every order to ensure insurance on your package (in the case that it gets lost, stolen, or broken.)
